6:30-7:30pm: Boxing (Inter/Adv.) 6:00-7:00pm - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Beginner/Technique Only) 6:30-7:30pm: Boxing (Inter/Adv.) 6:00-7:00pm - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Beginner/Technique Only)   1:30- 2:30 pm - MMA Class (minimum of 3 months experience in Jiu-Jitsu & Striking) 2:00-3:30pm: GRAPPLING ONLY CLASS - No Instruction (minimum of 3 months experience)
6:30-7:45pm - Muay Thai Kickboxing (All Levels) 7:00-8:30pm - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Inter / Adv) 6:30-7:45pm - Muay Thai Kickboxing (All Levels) 7:00-8:30pm - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Inter / Adv) 7:00-8:30pm - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (all levels)    

Yellow Means: Best For Beginners.

Jiu-Jitsu classes are both Gi and No-Gi Training.  We ask our members to wear a Team Mohler Gi or Mohler Brand Rashguard/Shorts or Leggings Leggings.

Most striking classes have "optional" sparring at the end. We recommend a minimum of 3-6 months of training before you participate.  We recommend wearing head gear / shin guards/ mouth guard for sparring.
