YELLOW - MEANS BEST FOR BEGINNERS TO START WITH

Jiu-Jitsu classes are labeled with the uniform type. 

Some striking classes have "optional" sparring at the end. 

We recommend a minimum of 3-6 months of training before you participate in the sparring portion of class. We also recommend wearing head gear / shin guards/ mouth guard for sparring.
